Somatic Singing is a practice of arriving in the body through movement, mindfulness, breath, and sound, reconnecting you with your voice as an instrument of vibrational medicine and embodied expressive power. Sessions begin with grounding movement and breathwork to build safety and presence, then gently invite the voice as we explore how sound travels through the body, how breath carries imprints of experience, and how resonance restores balance and vitality. This work weaves classical vocal technique with somatic therapy, mindfulness, and embodied breath practices.

Somatic singing honors the art of performance and the embodiment of authentic soul expression. Vocal exercises strengthen and expand the voice, enhancing flexibility, range, and expression while supporting deeper awareness of where the body is holding, contracted, or blocked. Through vibration and presence, these areas are met with curiosity and care, encouraging release, integration, and greater ease in body, voice, and mind.

Acupuncture

Traditional Chinese Medicine is one of the oldest healing systems, rooted in the understanding that body, mind, spirit, and environment form one interconnected network. Within this framework, I offer acupuncture to support trauma recovery by helping the nervous system regulate, restore balance, and rebuild connection where fragmentation or depletion has occurred. Through a careful intake, including pulse and tongue diagnosis, I listen for how your story lives in your body and map where energy may be held or calling for flow.

Treatments may draw from classical acupuncture, ear and neurosomatic scalp approaches, and, when appropriate, Memory Directed Acupuncture, a gentle PTSD-focused method combining light exposure and cognitive processing to recalibrate memory and threat pathways. Each session meets you where you are, honoring the body’s innate intelligence and capacity to heal. Acupuncture supports both physiological and emotional regulation, grounding your system in safety while restoring coherence and ease. This work strengthens the pathways through which vitality moves, fostering renewed presence, expanding capacity, and wellbeing.

Synergy Sessions

Synergy Sessions are the heart of my work, a space where body, voice, and spirit meet in creative conversation. Each session blends trauma-informed coaching with acupuncture, breathwork, Somatic Singing, mindfulness, and psychological parts work. These modalities interweave intuitively from session to session, offering both structure and creative freedom to meet your needs in the moment. You might receive acupuncture while engaging in guided breathwork, explore sound and somatic expression followed by a tailored acupuncture treatment for integration, or move through trauma coaching supported by body-based awareness, scalp acupuncture, or Memory Directed Acupuncture. Each session supports reconnection with your body’s powerful healing wisdom.

Synergy Sessions nurture softening, expression, and a deeper return to yourself. This work strengthens nervous system regulation, embodied resilience, and reclaimed empowerment, fostering meaningful integration across body, mind, and spirit. By allowing modalities to work together in intentional synergy, these sessions support a more coherent and holistic healing process.

  • I am ZHONG-accredited. If your supplementary insurance covers alternative/complementary care, sessions may be partially reimbursed. Eligibility and amounts differ by insurer, please check your policy. Itemised invoices provided.

  • Life happens. Please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

    24–48 hours: 50% fee
